A WordPress site for buurtvereniging Rond de Vijftak in Bladel, giving residents an easy way to find activities, sign up as members, and stay connected with their neighborhood.

Buurtvereniging Rond de Vijftak had a very outdated website before this redesign. Their website wasn't accecible anymore for the current board, and just didn't showcase the correct information. Residents relied on a printed flyer delivered twice a year for contact info and activities. The board needed a simple, central place where they could publish the events calendar, share documents like the welcome booklet and house rules, and make it easy for new residents to find the association and sign up.
I designed and built the site in WordPress with Elementor so the board could manage it themselves without touching code. The structure centers on three things: a clear calendar of activities, a straightforward membership sign-up flow for new residents, and a dedicated page for neighborhood watch (Buurtpreventie) updates. It also features a log-in page for current members through which they can view pictures that where taken during the activities.
The association now has an always-up-to-date online home that reduces their reliance on printed flyers, gives new members a way to easily join and access important information, and lets board members publish updates without needing outside help.
